Finding the Right Direction

>>>Whenever we leave home, surely there is a specific place that we want to go to. Say, if we are studying, we go to our beloved university to learn different things that our teacher taught. Often times we go to the mall where we love to shop, window-shop, fine-dine or watch a movie with friends or loved one. Sometimes we go to some mini-parks or beach and swimming pool resorts to enjoy and relax. Me, I often go to office to work, do business things and bond with my co-workers. Before we leave house, we prepare the things we need like bags, money, cellphone, books and uniform. Now that we are prepared, we are ready to go. We have to go to the destination we want.

>>>When we buy stuff like toys, new cellphones, or just plain instant chocolate drinks, we often find the directions or manuals or guides located at the back of the can or in the labels, it's in there. Directions gives us the right solutions for us to do the right thing. And how to use the gadgets we buy. Without this, we will just have to wonder how to use it. It's a good thing that we have a direction to follow, that will lead us to the right track.

>>>Back to travelling, now that I've bought a motorcycle, just a small one, it kinda gives me a sense of freedom. With it, I can go to any places anytime and anywhere, but not that far of course. Or my motor will go haywire. Most of the times, I just use it to go to work, from our house to our company, just 5 to 7 kilometers away. Often times when I'm not working, I just leave it there in our garage. That is because I have no place to go. It is simply hard to travel if you do not know where to go. You just go on and on and on without the faintest idea on what you are doing. Just like a traveller with no sense of direction.

>>>I thank the people who helped me to be where I am right now, they are the ones who gives direction to my life. My family, friends, superiors, co-workers, teachers, everyone. They are the people who gives me instructions on what to do, and how to do it better next time. Even strangers, I thanked them because they also helped me when I am at lost during my journeys, especially in a place completely far from your hometown. Without them all, I'll be just staying where I am at the moment because I do not know where to go. Hope they will always be there for me. I will also do my best to guide anyone who needs me.

>>>Most especially, I thank God for giving me the directions in life. I know He is the one who works wonders for me. The one who took care of me in times of difficulties. And lead me to where I am right now. I hope He will never ever leave me, because if He does, I don't know what to do anymore, I'm completely lost. I am giving everything to Him, to have a complete control in my life. I know that with Him, I will be safe all the time. No matter what I do, I will always be taken care of. And will never lead me to a place I wouldn't want to go to. I want a life that has a direction...

We All Have Differences

>>>Life is full of surprises, I think everyone knows that. It's simply a mystery to all of us how we evolved and got to be where we are right now. It's just amazing, right? The world is just an extraordinary place to live with. There are different sort of things in there that attracts even the wildest aliens around, if there is really one, haha. In this country where people dwells in all activities from farming to bungee jumping, it's such a great fun to explore.

>>>It's very amusing to me how countries or nations start to develop a language they can call their own long time ago. It's like "how did they do it?". And where did they get the idea that a thing like this has a given name like, for example, flower. While in our country, it is called bulaklak. I don't know what other countries called that, but I guess it's different. You see, it's a wonder to all of us.

>>>But the most questionable one for me is the people itself. You see, we are all different from one another. There is no other person in the world who talks like us, who thinks like us, who looks like us, and moves like us. I mean, we can see that there's only a resemblance in the way we look, the way we smile, the way we dance, but there is still a very big difference in other aspects. Even the twins have a big difference in their attitudes. We can tell them apart by the way they talk, eat, and the way they drink.

>>>Another aspect is that we have different lives to deal with. We have our own destiny that's waiting only for us. No two persons have the same experience exactly like the others. I mean, even the best of friends who have been together in grade school up to college or even up to work, still have different activities to go on with during their own. No matter how much they would like to be with each other always, still there's a possibility that the life of the others will differ. No two persons are really alike. Eventhough they have common friends, still there will come that one person is particularly be closer only to the other one.

>>>That only shows that who ever creates us have given us all the most special gift that anyone can receive. It's knowing that we are unique and therefore special in many ways. That we have talents just for us. It's for you to know and analyze. Somehow, even more, make that difference an advantage to yourself. That only you can do it and no one else. But being different from everyone is not to be worried. In fact, it will only make us believe that we are created by our one and only God.

The Best Guide There Is

>>>When we were brought up in this wonderful world of ours, we have no idea on what we are up to. As much as we wanted to. But as a mere baby, we were raised and fed by our very kind and loving parents. And for that we must be thankful. They have devoted their time and effort changing our clothes, washing us and prepare milk for us to survive and to live healthy. They have done their best to give us everything we need as much as they can.

>>>As we grow older, we made our way making progress to different sort of things. We learn different kinds of words and we learn to sing do-re-mi's. We have learned to play with our fellow cousins with our same age. And then there was school. At school, the teacher has served to be our second parents. They taught us all they know and they teach us the proper manners to become a good citizens. And gave us a good motivation for us to be more prepared for the life ahead of us.

>>>As we walk through our daily lives, we have met some personalities that lead us to the right way. Be it a friend, a teacher, our parents, our superiors at work, book authors, artists, subordinates, some acquantances and some that we just met while we were walking along the road. These persons are a great help and we should be thankful that we have met them. They are the ones who have made us, and put us to where we are right now. Without them, we can do little and we can know little about the facts of life.

>>>But the greatest guide that I've known so far is none other that the Lord Himself. Without Him, we are nothing and we can do nothing. He is the one who has lighted our ways and made a path to lead us to a fine and better future. As for wisdom, we may only know that all we have have come from Him.
